It is a free and public service, to promote socio-economic development and the generation of jobs in the municipality.<\/p>\n<p>Functions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage aids to promote employment, focusing especially on those groups with the greatest difficulties in obtaining employment.<\/li>\n<li>Inform companies of the instruments for promoting and promoting business competitiveness available, as well as facilitating their access to them.<\/li>\n<li>Promote entrepreneurial culture by fostering business initiatives and supporting new individual or collective self-employment projects by informing the existing support measures and putting into relation entrepreneurs and resources.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate to companies and entrepreneurs the subsidies for training and employment.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate job placement for jobseekers, especially for participants in active employment policies.<\/li>\n<li>Strategic observation of the territory and carrying out studies in order to detect educational and educational needs of the unemployed population.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the socio-economic development of the territory through the following techniques:\n<ul>\n<li>The prospection of idle or underutilized resources and of business projects of economic promotion and innovative initiatives to generate employment.<\/li>\n<li>The dissemination and stimulation of the potential opportunities to create activities among unemployed people, promoters, entrepreneurs and collaborating institutions.<\/li>\n<li>The technical support in the initiation of business projects for consolidation in companies generating new jobs, advising and informing on the technical, economic and financial feasibility and, in general, on the plans for launching companies.<\/li>\n<li>The support to the promoters of the companies, once they are constituted, accompanying them technically during the first stages of operation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text el_class=&#8221;enlaces&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a
