In this sense, from the point of view of consumer protection, those complaints or reports will never be admitted where the dilution is a relationship between businessmen or consumers. On the other hand, those complaints or reports of businessmen against an entrepreneur will not be considered.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the foregoing, it is not enough that the parties to the conflict have the character of an entrepreneur on the one hand and of a consumer or user for another, but the conflict derives from a consumer relationship, that is, what happens when a consumer reaches a consumer businessman to obtain a good or service because it is the object of your business.
