How to complaint?
Within the relationships of consumers and users with employers, conflicts may occur which may lead to a complaint or report.
Starting from the foregoing it should be emphasized that, when in the scope of consumption, there is a complaint or report, a series of quotes must be met so that, if necessary, it can be processed.
So a complaint or report must always be a consumer or user in front of an employer. In this sense, from the point of view of consumer protection, those complaints or reports will never be admitted where the dilution is a relationship between businessmen or consumers. On the other hand, those complaints or reports of businessmen against an entrepreneur will not be considered.
In addition to the foregoing, it is not enough that the parties to the conflict have the character of an entrepreneur on the one hand and of a consumer or user for another, but the conflict derives from a consumer relationship, that is, what happens when a consumer reaches a consumer businessman to obtain a good or service because it is the object of your business. Starting from the foregoing, it is when a consumer or user can file a claim or complaint against an employer, which obliges him to explain the distinction between complaint or report.
